From selection to keys
CarsBG.eu organizes the full process: Korean marketplace search, physical inspection, purchase, container transport, customs, TechnoTest and registration in Bulgaria.

Flexible payment terms
- 50% advance payment when signing the contract to the CarsBG11 bank account.
- 50% when the vehicle arrives at the port.
- We work with real VAT invoices and a separate invoice for the VIP package.

Two-stage verification
- Up to 4 free inspections in Korea with professional reports, photos and video.
- After arrival, the vehicle passes an additional inspection in our service center.
- Irregularities or minor transport marks are fixed at our expense before handover.

Delivery and registration
- For Sofia: you receive the car registered and ready to drive.
- For the country: we deliver with transit plates to your address.
- Delivery is free within 200 km from Sofia; above 200 km it is charged by distance.

The process step by step
Every stage is arranged in advance, so you know when payment happens, who is responsible and which documents you receive.

1-3 days
Selection and research
You choose a vehicle from Encar, Autowini or another Korean platform, or we suggest options by brand, model, budget, fuel and equipment. We perform an initial remote history and document check before you pay.

3-10 days
Deposit and inspection approval
We sign an order contract and start with a deposit of up to 25% of the vehicle price. The deposit confirms intent and lets us engage the Korean partner for a physical inspection.

3-7 days
Physical inspection in Korea
Our partner inspects the vehicle on site. You receive a detailed report with photos and video. If hidden defects are found, you can refuse under the contract and the deposit is refunded minus the inspection fee.

2-20 days
Purchase and ownership
After written approval, the balance is paid. The invoice can be issued directly to you or, as recommended, through CarsBG11 for 300 €, reducing payment risk through a Bulgarian company.

82-90 days
Logistics and customs
The vehicle is moved to port, secured in a container and shipped to Bulgaria. We track the cargo and organize customs clearance with transparent duty and VAT documents.

10-30 days
TechnoTest and handover
We assist with the individual approval certificate from DAI. The fixed service fee is paid only when you receive the vehicle.

1 day
KAT registration
We prepare the document set: customs documents, invoice, DAI certificate and LPG/LPi gas system documents when applicable.

This package is for customers who want maximum peace of mind from the first inspection in Korea to the first kilometers in Bulgaria.
